’12’ follows the path of an individual caught at a vital bridging point in his life; he is running from something, but what? I think it to be my most conceptual song to date, touching upon themes such as the fleeting nature of legacy, what it means to persevere at something and the frustrating pursuit of perfection. The music is sparse and mesmerising, a fragile soundscape evoking our sole protagonist's journey upon a long and lonely road. Will he reach his end goal? Listen and you may find out…
